Unfortunately, as a working farm, for the safety of your pets, we cannot allow them to stay on the property. Service animals are welcome.
The cabin is designed for adults. It is not suitable for young children as there are farm safety issues such as livestock, barbed wire, and very hot fire-places. Older children may be permitted with prior arrangement with the management. We accept no liability or responsibility if children are brought to the property.
All bookings require a $150 deposit.
The balance of the account for the accommodation and any extras will automatically be charged via the booking system at check-in using the same details that paid the deposit.
The cost of any breakages and/or missing items may also be charged using the same details for up to 7 days after check-out.
Covid Safe - Guests who are showing Covid symptoms or have been in a Covid hotspot are asked not to come, and will receive a full refund.
Booking through alternative sites have their own booking and cancellation policies. It is recommended that you carefully read the fine print of these sites. We cannot be held responsible or bound by third party arrangements.

Cancellation and Refunds
We are a small boutique property, and cancellations have a significant impact on our business. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of amendment or cancellation up to one week prior to arrival. After that cancellation, amendment or no-show will attract the full payment, unless agreed to by management.
In the event of cancellations due to bushfires, flooding, or other natural disasters affecting the property, you will receive a full refund for any accommodation paid for but not used.
Please ensure you have proper travel insurance and it covers cancellations. Before you pay for additional insurance, we recommend that you check your credit card’s travel insurance, which is often free.

Length of stay
All bookings are for a minimum two-night stay and for the full period of long weekends, Easter and Christmas.
